Jim Chapman is a graduate of the University of Maine. He began working with Morrison Real Estate in January 2000 after spending six years as a real estate broker in the commercial real estate industry. 

Prior to his real estate career, he spent 21 years with a family owned wholesale building products distribution company. He was an outside salesperson for twelve years before becoming Vice President of Sales and Marketing in that firm. 

Jim focuses on residential investment properties, multiunit apartment buildings as well as single family residential homes.
